The Position
As our new Manager of the Document Controls team, you will join a PMO department, consisting of two other teams, covering document management and general project execution support. In this position you will have the opportunity to establish and lead an effective team, as well as recruiting and empowering individuals to perform document controlling. Moreover, you will ensure clear roles and responsibilities within the team, delegating tasks and maintaining oversight of deliverables.


Key responsibilities include:
• Align team deliverables with key stakeholders ensuring progress and alignment.
• Motivate and develop team members, supporting their career development and implementing new behaviors or skills.
• Ensure document controls processes are in place covering full document lifecycle.
• Ensure processes are aligned with neighboring functions, continuously improving and adapting to changes in projects or the environment.
• Establish and operate monthly data processing and reporting, as well as provide business partnering to Project leads.

Qualifications
• An academic degree, and proven experience in document controls, preferably within a larger project or program.
• Strong drive for leadership, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience working closely with experts from various areas, such as specialists, scientists, technicians, and external contractors.
• Ability to optimize, create, and implement new working practices.
• Good English skills and experienced presenter.

As a person you are comfortable with managing change and embracing boldness. You are result-oriented with a “can-do” attitude, and you possess the ability to collaborate across geographical boundaries and work in an organized and structured manner.
