Are you eager to work with a leading construction organization in the pharmaceutical industry? Would you like to play a role in our "Circular for Zero" initiative, aiding us in achieving zero carbon emissions from operations and distribution within the next decade?

Join us from the very beginning in building a new manufacturing site in Kalundborg!

The position
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in construction projects of paramount strategic importance to Novo Nordisk, enjoying high visibility and strong support from Senior Management. The position demands adept stakeholder management across all organizational levels within the company.

You can look forward to:
• Designing and overseeing the construction of large-scale facilities for new factories, collaborating with engineering partners and suppliers.
• Taking on clear responsibilities under the guidance of an experienced senior project manager already engaged in the project.
• Managing scope, planning, costs, and project risks while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement throughout the process.

Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated and proactive colleague, who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences:

• Relevant project management experience with construction projects (either greenfield or renovation projects), ideally from the pharmaceutical industry or from the construction of hospitals or similar
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or a similar field
• English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Solid understanding of project management systems relevant for construction projects
• Experience with managing contracts and a complex vendor setup would be an advantage

Previous experience in a large global company, particularly with diverse cultures, is advantageous. However, candidates from smaller companies with project management experience are also welcome to apply.

We seek individuals who excel in stakeholder engagement, value teamwork, possess motivational skills, and flourish in a multicultural environment that demands independent decision-making. You naturally excel in building structure and appreciate simplicity.

Don't hesitate to submit your application, even if you don't meet all the criteria, as your profile may align well with our needs.
