Then you might be the new Associate Change Training Partner we are looking for in the Change, Culture & Value Realisation Team in RQ&C (Regulatory, Quality & Clinical Reporting).

About our team
Our Change, Culture & Value Realisation Team consists of 12 dedicated colleagues driving change adoption to maximise the benefits of the strategic programmes we support across the RQ&C business unit. RQ&C is an area of approx. 1.200 people, which is part of the Development (R&D) area in Novo Nordisk delivering innovative treatment solutions to the benefit of our patients.

The Change, Culture & Value Realisation Team is responsible for partnering, advising, and executing change management activities to our internal customers and provide effective learning solutions. You will be part of a young, dynamic department, all coming from diverse professional backgrounds. Also, it is a very international environment with good colleagues from across the globe.

The position
You will be part of a digital transformation programme or project. You will be working on different digitalisation projects where you will be involved in:

  • Making training need analysis
  • Coaching subject matter experts around best practice for choosing the appropriate training method & how to best facilitate training
  • Driving workshops around best practice for making videos, classroom/virtual training, PowerPoint slides, e-learnings, games etc
  • Ensuring there are measures in place to test and validate trainees after completion of training and ensuring user adoption.

You will report to the Director of RQ&C Change, Culture & Value Realisation Team, Rasmus Langmack, and you will team up with a project-dedicated Training Partner.

Qualifications
From a successful candidate, we expect the following competencies:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media, Learning, Education, Psychology, Science, Pharmacy or another relevant field
  • You master Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams), and you are a true vizard creating visually appealing presentations, videos and articles that catch the interest of the audience
  • Having experience with the agile methodology is a plus but not a requirement
  • Ideally, you already have some experience in developing training and/or communication content – most importantly though is that you are curious and have a can-do attitude
  • Some experience in using the Adobe Suite and Articulate 360 is considered a plus
  • You speak and write English fluently, as this is our company language.
