Let’s talk about the role
As the Head of VIP Services at Novo Nordisk, your role involves overseeing VIP and executive services, focusing on the HQ and the Nordic region. You will manage and coordinate assistance for VIPs and executives, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Provide high-level support to VIPs and executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
• Act as a liaison between VIPs, executives, and other departments, handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs, their teams, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team responsible for VIP and executive support, fostering a positive work environment and driving team growth.
• Develop and implement innovative IT solutions to improve efficiency and security in executive communication and collaboration.

Which competencies to bring?
To be successful in this role, we believe you can tick most off the following requirements:
• Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the digital and IT industry.
• Proven experience in providing executive-level support and managing VIP relationships.
• Strong understanding of information technology resources, software applications, and data processing.
• Willingness to fulfil on-call duties 24/7 and to be available for ad-hoc business trips, demonstrating a commitment to meeting the needs of VIPs and executives.
• Fluent oral and written English and Danish.
• Key experience in people management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science will be an advantage.

Your diligence in maintaining strict confidentiality demonstrates your integrity. Additionally, your flexibility and stakeholder management skills enable positive relationships, while technical proficiency, time management, and leadership contribute to a cohesive work environment.

The team waiting for you
You will join as part of our Nordics Team within Global IT Operations Service Desk and Support (GITO SDITS). The team’s job areas are within IT on-site support, AV support, vendor, and asset management in DK as well as IT/AV-support for the executive management.


We are a virtual team consisting of 19 colleagues located in various sites across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, collaborating daily via MS Teams. We base our team’s values on trust, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. We are a dynamic team and due to our different backgrounds, skillsets, and responsibilities, we bring a diverse competence pool to the table, which we often use to give different perspectives on our performance and tasks. As part of a global organization, collaboration with other teams across the world is a big part of the job, and we take responsibility for knowing that our way of working needs to be with a global mindset. You will take the lead of the IT/AV-support for the executive management.
