The Position

As an Associate Manager, you will be part of the Aseptic Production (AP) Technical Execution team within the Injectable Finished Products (IFP) area.

The main tasks will be to:

  • Lead the strategic supplier network.
  • Lead your team based in different countries.
  • Manage building and running the new overhauling initiative, where one team is performing maintenance on our filling lines in IFP.

The position could be performed remotely, although the role requires you have the capacity to travel around 50 days per year to some of the different sites located across the globe.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Academic degree or similar within a relevant subject matter (e.g., engineering).
  • Around 2 years of people management experience
  • Experience in maintenance, production, LEAN or/ and other technical background.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

You can manage change and have leadership skills to ensure team engagement and that your team thrives. You enjoy coaching, setting direction, people development, etc. You are able to set directions, follow-up and drive solutions for critical issues in the core business of the team. You can collaborate, have a can-do attitude and you are curious to learn more.

IFP Asset Management & Platform Performance (AMPP) is a part of Novo Nordisk, Product Supply, Injectable Finished Products (IFP) and is responsible for supporting our global production sites in maintaining a high level of quality and compliance while creating innovative improvements to our manufacturing processes.
