Your position
As our new Project Engineer/Manager in the Renewable division, you will be a valuable member of the Service Wind Modification team, whose mission is to execute modification projects across disciplines for offshore wind assets. You will have the chance to drive all aspects of the project process - from initial client inquiries to final execution. Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Project Engineer/Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing modification projects with cross-functional teams. You will be working on new ideas, delivering solutions and collaborating with various teams across the organisation. While you can expect a steep learning curve, we will provide you with the needed training to ensure you succeed in your new role.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Engage and support in in developing technical projects and solutions
  • Preparing and managing job packages for on- and offshore installation
  • Coordinating activities across various teams
  • Participating in all project phases from design and tender to production and execution
  • Preparing and modifying existing system and equipment
  • Maintaining communication with clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns

Your profile & qualifications

As a person, you enjoy having a lot of responsibility and you thrive in an environment where you have daily communication with many stakeholders. You are driven by completing tasks to the best of your ability and remain in control even in fast-paced situations. You have a safety focused mindset, and never compromise when it comes to safety on the job. Additionally, you are service-minded and greatly enjoy collaborating with your colleagues.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Electrical Systems and/or Mechanical Systems and Project Management Processes
  • A technical educational background, for instance as a Marine Engineer, Service Engineer, Technical Manager Offshore or Electrical/electronic engineer
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal
  • Experience with project management of engineering projects
  • Ability to communicate in German is an advantage, but not a requirement

Your place of work will be either at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg or from one of our German offices in Emden or Hamburg. The position is full-time, and up to 30 travel days per year should be expected.
