What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for leading strategic projects across Global IT Operations (GITO) and within the four Product Areas: Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Production Infrastructure and Global IT Support. In this role you will play a key role in executing the Global IT Operations Strategy and assignments will include various types of change projects impacting people, processes, and technologies. Your initial responsibilities we be related to implementing core infrastructure services and network operations where we are currently building new capabilities.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Driving assignments from idea to completion in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Managing stakeholders and ensure they are engaged, and changes are manged in a proactive and timely manner
• Managing third party suppliers, contracts and stakeholders coordinate resources, timelines and costs
• Managing and pro-actively take actions to mitigate risks
• Ensuring that benefits are described, tracked and evaluated throughout the project

What we look for
To be successful in this role you should have:
• Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience within IT or another relevant field, preferably in large complex organisations and/or as a consultant in a larger consultancy firm.
• Experience in driving change at all levels of the organisation and proven track-record of being ambitious, challenge-seeking and result-oriented.
• Ability to work in challenging environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience working with third party suppliers where an enterprise has outsourced, or in-sourced infrastructure services is considered a plus
• Experience in highly regulated or a pharmaceutical environment is considered a plus

On a personal level, you have interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels, but also you can work independently and thrive in a busy and global environment where priorities change, and fast decisions are needed to move on.


The team waiting for you
GITO Strategy & Transformation is a team of approx. 30 highly skilled and dedicated employees, responsible for driving the strategy and support the agile delivery teams across GITO. The team is diverse including roles such as Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Lead Architects, Organisational Change Managers. The position is placed in the team responsible for Lean Portfolio Management and Local Lean Agile Centre of Excellence (LPM and LACE).
