The position
You'll be part of the WareX Program focused on Digital, Data, and IT within the Supply Chain IT domain, collaborating with central program and package owners to ensure comprehensive communication for local sites.

Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for aligned project plan in collaboration with local and central teams for the WareX scope
• Main interface to Global WareX Project manager from the implementation site(s)
• Ensure Strategic IT system alignment, local operation readiness
• Local change agent ensuring high collaboration between local and central programme
• Train local site project managers on WareX packages and drive local site preparation for project establishment and relevant organizational setup
• Work closely with local sites to secure their commitment to and integration of the local project plan for WareX (SAP EWM + ECC), facilitating planning for affected local areas with both local and central project managers
• Ensure timely escalation of changes to both local and central organizations, adapting plans accordingly

Additionally, manage stakeholders and cultivate strong partnerships with program delivery leads, production sites, and relevant parties, recognizing that this role demands travel.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements.
• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into a strategic area
• Can-do attitude and like to juggle different tasks at the same time
• Strong leadership skills coupled with over 5 years of experience delivering large projects
• Solid understanding of IT rollouts to production sites

DD&IT PS Supply Chain Produce & Deliver is anchored within the DD&IT Product Supply and is focused on implementing IT solutions to support Novo Nordisk’s production as well as supply chain needs worldwide. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines and supply chain are automated and optimised.
