ET is now looking for a QMS Professional, who is passionate about quality and want to help build, improve, and maintain the ET Quality Management System. The position

In this role, as a Quality Professional, you will support the ET organization and QA in achieving and maintaining the “license to operate” by setting direction and level within GMP and Compliance. This means that you will:

• Drive and implement GMP projects across ET, where the majority your role will be to improve processes, here you will have a chance to challenge and improve your project management skills across various projects and departments across ET
• Guide and navigate in maintaining, updating, and improving the current ET Quality Management System (QMS) processes and find optimal solutions, while navigating in internal and external requirements
• Promote simplicity and cross-site harmonization, which be across ET, PS (Product Supply), and where else relevant in Novo Nordisk
• You are also expected to build and maintain a good relationship with your wide range of stakeholders across the ET organization and the wider Novo Nordisk to set the strategic direction of QMS and other initiatives relevant for the team, i.e. in production departments, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Technical Support in Denmark and the US


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• You hold an academic degree, preferably as Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biopharmaceutics and similar
• You have relevant work experience from the medical device or pharmaceutical industry within QMS, Quality Assurance, production or similar
• You have experience driving or being part of projects and process improvement
• You have a high level of fluency in written and spoken English, and Danish would be an advantage
• You also have a strong quality, proactive, pragmatic mindset, and you are used to work in fast environments
• You have strong stakeholder management skills

On a personal level, you are ambitious, curious, proactive and have a strong interest in developing yourself and people in your network. You demonstrate a service-minded attitude, independence, a focus on simplicity and a sense of responsibility for your tasks. Finally, you exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with individuals from diverse nationalities and cultures.


About the department

ET is anchored in Product Supply, which globally address 26,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 55,000 employees. In ET, we are more than 1600 dedicated employees based primarily in Måløv (DK), but also in Durham (US) - and our sites are still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new tablet product on the market. Together we will succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems, and processes etc.
You will join the QMS Team, part of the “Strategy & Operational Excellence” department based in Måløv, and we will be reallocating in autumn 2024 to Taarstrup. In the QMS Team, it is our main responsibility to deliver support of highest possible quality to the organization and to maintain/develop ET’s Quality Management System by ensuring efficiency and applicability in our QMS processes. We work together across the team and with colleagues across ET to continuously develop and improve our standards in order to provide aligned and effective tools that support a stable and compliant production.
