About the Role
We are looking for a new colleague for our team in Måløv supporting Clinical Supplies. You will be part of the DevOps team around our new system for packaging and shipping orders (POMS) which is about to go live.


The position is in our DD&IT area, and you will join a team of 25+ skilled colleagues supporting both Development and Clinical Supplies in digitalisation activities. You will enter an agile, inspiring, and ambitious work environment, where advanced use of IT and teamwork are a key.

Key Responsibilities
• Adjust and optimise the processes for 2nd and 3rd level support in the DevOps team around the POMS system.
• Participate in the support activities of the POMS system including ticket handling in ServiceNow (incident, problem, change).
• Support of equipment – Scanners, tablets, Label Printers, SOTI
• Checking databases (SOTI, CS POMS) and integrations e.g., during trouble shooting and root cause analysis
• Participate in project activities – e.g. analysis and verification of new releases of the system.
• Close contact with superusers and end-users as well as vendors/suppliers

Which competencies to bring?
We are in search of a collaborative team member who thrives in dynamic environments and can navigate cross-functional landscapes. The ideal candidate will likely align with the following qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience within support of IT applications
• In-depth knowledge of computer systems and databases
• Regular experience with communication and presentations
• Experience with collaboration across professional and regional borders
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related fields or similar
• Full proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
