If so, we are seeking a talented Senior Communication Project Manager to lead and execute the communication strategy for ‘Integrated Quality’, a pivotal initiative aimed at cultivating a quality mindset across our organisation of over 60,000 colleagues, with a focus on Product Supply.

The position

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior management in NNQ and other key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, while effectively managing project risks and issues. As a Senior Communication Project Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and implement the communication strategy, working with key stakeholders to drive transformation and enhance the quality culture.

As a Senior Communication Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and execute communication efforts related to the Integrated Quality initiative.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on comprehensive mapping and clear thought processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to deliver clear and engaging communication supporting transformation and cultural change.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with leaders, functional heads, and stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Master’s degree in communication, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic communication and change management and posses strong track record of leading communication initiatives and projects.
  • The ability to effectively communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to management and a global organisation, both orally and in writing.
  • A proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Experience in advising senior leaders on communication.
  • Motivation and result-orientation, with a high level of drive, initiative, and tenacity.
