We are seeking a skilled and innovative individual to join our Tech Strategy unit as an IT Strategy Consultant with IT focus and Tech Monitoring. You will advance the strategy development of IT strategies and AI technologies across the organization, ensuring smooth integration of these solutions into our existing systems and business processes.

Additionally, you will monitor emerging technologies and initiate evaluations and business case assessments.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies for new and emerging technologies including a focus on GenAI across the organization.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, initiate first evaluations, and design business cases to assess potential value and feasibility.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in Tech, assessing and integrating top-notch tools, frameworks, and practices to continually boost our capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech development teams to design business cases, integrate new technologies and solutions, and track benefit realization.
  • Continually refine and adjust strategies based on real-time feedback and evolving organizational requirements.

A great match:

We envision that you hold a master's degree in computer science, AI, IT, or other relevant studies, and that you have experience as an AI Strategist, IT Consultant, or a similar role related to AI development and IT strategies. We also expect you to possess advanced problem-solving skills, coupled with an interest to learn, evolve, and stay abreast of emerging tech trends.

We would also appreciate:

  • Familiarity with the latest trends in tech and GenAI.
  • Understanding of cost reporting and benefit realization.
  • Implementation of new process and operating models
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
