We are currently looking for a new colleague to run and manage HR business partnering tasks for one of our four divisions. You’ll be joining 18 dedicated colleagues in HR who care and leaders who encourage you to take responsibility, stay curious, develop new skills and take on new challenges. As our new HR Business Partner, you will be reporting directly to CPO/Senior Vice President, People and Culture.

Your tasks & responsibilities
You will contribute to the overall management of the annual HR cycle, as well as directly manage key projects. This role will partner with our leaders and SVP in a division to understand the business needs and thus apply a match of HR practices. You will be working independently and yet still in alignment with the overall HR processes and strategy.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Drive the HR Processes according to our HR annual activities
  • Close collaboration with the leadership team in your division and with the HR community on deliverables
  • Owning and effectively managing small to large scale HR projects
  • End to end recruitments with focus on culture of diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging
  • Design and facilitate workshops for your division
  • Support, sparring and development of leaders

Your profile & qualifications
We imagine that you are a self-motivating team player with strong HR skills and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. You have a curious and collaborative nature and can easily communicate with as well leadership teams as specialists. Furthermore, we expect you to be dependable and possess a strategic mindset for optimization and change. You have a drive and enthusiasm that makes it a joy to be your colleague.

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have:

  • A relevant master's degree is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Min. 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering/HR Management with an International mindset
  • Experience in facilitating annual processes and driving strategic HR projects
  • Good communication skills in writing and speech, both Danish and English
