This position can be based in Denmark (Copenhagen).

The Position

As our Total Rewards Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects as part of the sustainable rewards agenda (transparency, inclusive benefits, robust salary ranges across markets) in line with overall strategy. Your key stakeholders will be Global Rewards team, Total Rewards Managers/Network, senior management teams, HR teams, Global Business Support and vendors.

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Run deep dive analysis supporting various projects and deliver total rewards insights to relevant stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions and decisions on reward-related matters.

  • Stay updated on project management tools and working methods.

  • Work independently and might mentor/coach project coordinators.

  • Find solutions to problems arising in medium complexity projects.

  • Take part in annual total rewards processes.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across the world in the commercial organisation (International Operations) and work closely with various functions.

Qualifications

To be a perfect fit for this role we expect you to have:

  • Master’s degree.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Total Rewards.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills applied in international context.

  • Analytical mindset and talented in storytelling (including data visualization).

  • Fluent English skills.
