The position

In the position of CVP Training Partner, you work closely with many stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training and increasing performance. Joining the newly established Quality Management System (QMS) and Training team in GCM, you play a key role in defining how we work with training to continually develop our business and ensure compliance.

Your key activities include:

  • Serving as the anchor for standardizing, simplifying, and optimizing our training set-up to facilitate smooth onboarding in a period of rapid expansion
  • Contributing to the analysis, design, and development of simple, user-friendly, and manageable training frameworks
  • Guiding your stakeholders in choosing the right training methods and activities
  • Identifying proactively opportunities to enhance learning performance through effective training content development and the integration of relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we imagine you:

  • Hold a degree within a relevant field, coupled with practical experience within training development and implementation or project management in a large organization
  • Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Exhibit an investigative and analytical approach to problems, seeking firsthand experience to grasp how competence development can contribute to the solution
  • Display proficiency in both spoken and written English

About the department

QMS and Training is a newly established team in the GCM Strategy and Business Development (S&BD) department. In S&BD we are responsible for driving cross functional strategic priorities and support across GCM within Strategy deployment, finance, LEAN, Analytics and Digitalisation, Training and Quality, and Portfolio Management.

We are office based with shopfloors at Contract Manufacturing Organisations on global scale. Collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally is crucial for us to succeed. We want to unleash the full potential of sustainable external manufacturing to reach more patients faster through flexible production and strong relations.

You will collaborate with talented colleagues in GCM and the Novo Nordisk training network to get sparring, share knowledge about best practices, and receive guidance to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices. You will join a team of fun and dedicated colleagues who come together to set direction and support GCM through its rapid journey of growth.
