The position
As Professional for Single-Use-Systems, you will be part of the SUS HUB. The responsibility of the SUS HUB is to guide and set direction for the standardisation of SUS and process aids towards all aseptic production sites in Novo Nordisk.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining an overview of process aids and single-use systems used across our production landscape

  • Evaluating requests and setting direction for new process-aids and single-use systems from our new and existing production sites

  • Participating in setting standards for integration and validation of SUS

  • Participating in designing and implementing SUS, including drawings, process flows diagrams, etc.

You will do this in close collaboration with your colleagues in the SUS HUB and process experts from Manufacturing Development departments, Production sites, as well as Sourcing and Suppliers.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:

  • An academic background within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar

  • Experience within aseptic production/manufacturing in a GMP environment is a plus

  • Expertise within aseptic filling, sterilization or single-use-systems

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

About the department
In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce our high-quality products for diabetes and obesity that are distributed worldwide. The SUS & Compatibility Competence Centre consists of 25 employees divided between 3 teams situated in Bagsværd, Denmark.

The main responsibility of the SUS HUB team is to guide and set direction for the standardisation of SUS and process aids towards all aseptic production sites in Novo Nordisk and the entire portfolio of injectable drug products in Novo Nordisk from development stage to providing drug products on the market.
