Who are we, and what is our mission? Public Cloud Services team is dedicated to constructing and rapidly advancing our public cloud infrastructure on AWS. This platform empowers our developers and business teams to create and manage innovative banking solutions, harnessing the strength of AWS services for efficient and secure operations.

As a member of our team, you will be the customer representative for internal Danske Bank application teams and create a pipeline and backlog of requirements to the engineering teams. You will collaborate with Training and communications teams on education initiatives and with the FinOps team to ensure implementation of best practices.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Understand the appropriate use cases and costs for AWS products and document and present them to internal Danske Bank Application teams
  • Ensure AWS products are verified and approved for use in Danske Bank in line with our security principles and that the product catalogue is up to date
  • Own ‘Knowledge Management’ for all customer facing documentation
  • Work with the engineering team to ensure on-boarding to the Danske Bank AWS platform is fully automated
  • Own and manage the Danske Bank backlog of requirements towards AWS
  • Work with shared services teams who host on AWS and ensure standards are met
  • Provide regular engagement points for application teams, Management, and others (Office days, Lunch and Learns etc.) focused on AWS products

About you:

  • AWS or other Cloud provider (GCP, Azure) product knowledge
  • A technical background in E.g. Cloud architecture, System Administration, DBA, Technical programme Management
  • Worked as a Product Manager/Owner or a similar role that was customer facing
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA
  • IT degree or equivalent experience in industry
  • Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced written, verbal communication in English, and interpersonal skills

We offer:

This position can be located in Denmark or Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 4000 EUR to 6000 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
