The Position
As a Production Engineer at Novo Nordisk, you will assume the role of equipment responsible, taking charge of specific equipment on the production line based on your background and interests. You will work collaboratively with skilled workers to ensure the stability of the organization's production equipment.


Your main responsibilities will include:
Being responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of production equipment through continuous improvement initiatives and preventive measures.
• Applying statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and performance.
• Deviations handling and change requests
• Having a methodical approach to proactively find solutions for unexpected down time to meet production targets.
• Ensuring a consistent flow in calibration and conducting systematic problem-solving.
• Collaborating with skilled workers to enhance their knowledge of tolerances, fine adjustments and focusing on other similar areas that drive optimal performance of filling lines.
• Performing detailed documentation work.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Production or Mechanical Engineering.
• Comprehensive understanding how mechanical adjustments, alignments, dimensioning, and tolerances can influence our manufacturing flow especially on automation systems (automated servo transport etc.) along with experience leveraging these aspects to enhance performance
• Experience within GMP environment or other highly regulated environment (such as power plants, aviation, pharma, food industry etc.) is considered a plus.
• Fluency in Danish or English, with willingness to learn Danish or existing knowledge of Danish.
• Strong communication skills.
• Being a great team player and an independent professional are key to succeed in our team.

About the department
You will be joining our highly motivated department, consisting of committed craftsmen and professionals. Our primary task is to prepare for the production start-up of a brand-new isolator filling line. We are currently in the project phase but will soon take over equipment responsibility.
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in preparing for production start and ensure stable operation during production.
