You will be joining Business Strategy & Execution (BS&E) Project Execution team In Danske Bank’s Large Corporates and Institutions (LC&I). Here you will be part of a professional atmosphere, a diverse team with different backgrounds, nationalities and age and get to have many more relations both within BS&E and across the bank.

LC&I serves the most complex financing and transaction needs of large corporate and institutional customers in the Nordics. We support the business unit with strategic projects, by ensuring the execution of top priority initiatives, incl. large transformations and regulatory change, to support the business unit’s strategic agenda. We offer our expertise in all areas of wholesale banking, incl. funding, risk management, asset management and transaction banking.

In this role, you will be driving projects and deliver results through leadership, people, communication and influence. The role entails some of the following responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Support implementation of strategic agenda in a progressive environment
  • Develop and manage project execution plans from start to finish
  • Generate ideas, structure and solve problems with project teams
  • Facilitate interviews & workshops, analyse data and gathered information
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to ensure successful design & implementation of deliverables
  • Ensure deliveries as per agreed quality standard according to the vision
  • Secure alignment with project / program governance structures

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting/project management
  • Is great at working with people and facilitating dialogue
  • Is motivated by making sense of complicated situations and excited about shaping and guiding projects through uncertainty
  • Has experience working in an international environment
  • Advanced English skills
  • Is structured, pragmatic and loves “getting things done”
  • Is enthusiastic and positive about change
  • Loves having fun and is easy – going

… Equally important is your passion for business transformation.

Experience from financial services (ideally wholesale banking) is preferred, but not mandatory – just as experience in different project methodology e.g. Agile, Prince2 or PMP is considered beneficial, but not a requirement.

This role can be calibrated based on your experience and know-how.
