The position

The main responsibilities of the Production Supporter are:

  • Lead on process design, development, and implementation in PAS-X system to meet production needs.
  • Write and review validation test protocols and reports for projects and patch updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on process design, configuration, testing, system documentation and validation of PAS-X.
  • Train end-users in PAS-X.
  • Provide daily support in production (shop floor), handle deviations and change requests.
  • Participate in systematic problem solving and inspections.
  • Lead and participate in innovative projects in department.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in pharmaceutical science, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant pharma industry experience. But if you are a newly graduate and have a lot of drive, and you are eager to learn and grow, then we could appreciate to hear from you.
  • Experience and/or knowledge within the production IT system, PAS-X and SAP is preferred.
  • Experience with validation of IT-systems, e.g PAS-X.
  • Ability to make independent decisions based on business requirements and strategy.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled at communicating and cooperating with various stakeholders.
  • You operate within compliance with a quality mindset that focuses on risk management and mitigation.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment an adapting to changing needs.
  • Fluency in Danish communication is required.

You will be part of On-Call duty to support the production.

In Emerging Technologies OFP Production HRT Packaging, we are a team of over 100 committed colleagues striving to be at the forefront of technology, systems, and processes. Our department is integral to ensuring the high-quality delivery of Hormonal Replacement Therapies (HRT) products to patients worldwide. The Process Support team, of which you will be a part, is responsible for the stable operation of our packaging lines and implements new technologies in the department.
