The position

In the role of SAP System Responsible, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal and efficient functioning of our SAP system. This involves monitoring and maintaining the system, ensuring it remains up-to-date and aligned with our specific requirements and standards.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in providing training and support to key users within the organization.

Your main tasks include:

  • Establishing and managing service plans for mold tools, including the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for SAP workflows
  • Offering expert input for job instructions related to stock and spare parts management
  • Maintaining structured data overview and conducting analytics pertaining to SAP registrations
  • Ensuring the accuracy of spare parts handling in both SAP and physical stock systems
  • Staying informed on the latest technology trends in the market

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by extensive experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in IT systems, particularly in SAP implementations, maintenance, and monitoring
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of SAP architecture, infrastructure, upgrades, and implementations
  • Display a strong familiarity with IT security protocols and data protection
  • Possess fluency in both spoken and written English and Danish

About the department

DMS manages the global supply chain of high-quality components and preassembled parts for our internal customers within prefilled and durable devices. You will join DMS Moulding Production, which is responsible for ensuring high quality and effective manufacturing of moulded plastic components for prefilled pen systems in our internal production facility.
