In this position, you will be joining Autorola’s technical department, Autorola Software Development, where you will find more than 65 highly skilled tech colleagues. We work like a matrix organization, where each business unit has their own dedicated product line, designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions.

The role

As our new Java Developer, you will be part of a team that has dedicated it’s time to development and to the possibility of working in depth with coding without interruption. You will help ensure the scalability and the future architecture of the product, and you will have the opportunity to plan, debate and prioritize the tasks and projects at "dailys" every morning.

Key responsibilities
  • Development of targeted automotive software enterprise solutions
  • Participation in releases
  • Bugfixes and support that comes from internal support
  • Participation in daily stand-ups and other SAFe/Scrum activities
  • Participation in cross-disciplinary forums
  • Our software and infrastructure are built on AWS and Spring components. Software solutions are developed in Java, and the tech stack you will be working with consists of Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSP, JavaScript, Jenkins, Maven, Oracle, SQL, Tomcat, Git and much more.
  • You will be part of an open and positive team, with a relaxed and humorous tone. We have great cooperation across the teams and product lines, and generally, people have been working in the department for a long time. You will have flexible working hours with a focus on maintaining the right balance between work and private life.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience within software development
  • Experience with Java and Springboot or C#
  • Knowledge of AWS, SAFe and Scrum
  • Well-developed mathematic/algorithmic understanding
  • Experience within database design and performance will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English – both spoken and written
  • Danish is not a requirement
  • Your personality is equally important, and we are looking for a calm and sociable person with a positive attitude. You are analytical and think logically, and you possess great flair for working in a complex technical environment. Furthermore, you have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your tasks.
