We investigate how to establish new, ground-breaking biotech facilities based on modern technology with fully automated operations and digitalised processes.


We are now hiring senior project leads, and process specialists within the following disciplines: Fermentation, Recovery, Purification, Freeze- and Spray-drying, Facility design and construction, Utility design and construction, Automation/IT design and construction as well as experienced profiles within industry 4.0 technologies and Health & Safety. We expect to post jobs continuously. The activities will be carried out at our site in Kalundborg, home of Novo Nordisk API manufacturing.

About the position: Warehousing Professional
As Warehousing Professional, you will support the design of the different warehouses and storage rooms inside our new factories. Starting at the design phase, where we will need your input and experience in providing the best input to the team of designers and project stakeholders.
We work in a big project and need your best cross-functional skills to interact with the different stakeholders from different functions within Logistics, IT, Automation, Robotics, Processes and Raw Material Professionals. As we work in a true Matrix organisation it is also required to keep continuous coordination with your colleagues in the logistics team. It is key to have a high focus on collaboration, standardisation and quality.


Together with a network of project managers, suppliers and process teams you will take lead in ensuring our solution will be as simple and efficient as possible. The design will also have to be with respect for our high quality and safety requirements as well as aligned with production processes.


You are a trusted advisor to the project teams. You have a good understanding of warehouses and storage conditions like temperature, humidity, cold rooms and freeze rooms.


About you
To be considered for this position, you should:
• Have experience mapping storage/warehousing processes.
• Be used to documenting processes and system changes.
• Have experience from test phases of systems and handling issues found in testing.
• Enjoy collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal consultants, other professionals and project managers.
• Knowledge of GxP topics, is preferred.
• Knowledge of cold and freeze rooms storage conditions is an advantage.
• Be a good communicator and experience from complex stakeholder management
• You have profound English skills both written and verbally.

On a personal level, you enjoy teamwork and working in a large project with a long horizon. You thrive in a multicultural environment and enjoy taking independent decisions when required. Building structure comes naturally to you and you enjoy simplifying wherever simplicity can benefit reaching the right goals faster.
