As a senior consultant in Danske Bank, you will become part of high-prioritized projects within remediation. We need a consultant to manage and take lead on our projects. A consultant who can contribute to, streamline, and develop difficult processes.

Our focus is to drive remediation best practice within the Group and have the execution capabilities behind. This means that we are a diverse team with a wide range of skills from project management, business analytics, data science, data modelling, communication, and training.

Our core competency is the ability to solve complex problems in close collaboration with both internal partners and external stakeholders to make an impact that matters to our customers and other stakeholders.

Your responsibility will be to assist in large, complex programmes that reach across different business units. You have the ability and personal skills to build and maintain strong collaborative relations with business, IT, legal, compliance and risk and to grow your understanding of the value chain and customers’ situations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be dependent on your skills and preferences and would typically include:

• Take lead, analyse, design and implement change
• Facilitate, gather, and present a complex material to the Organisation Management
• Coordinate processes, make charters, set timelines and align information with relevant stakeholders
• Help relevant stakeholders establish an overview and structure the process from the beginning of the project and till goals are achieved
• Document and log all processes

What we need our new Senior Consultant to have
We are looking for you who are optimistic and positive as a person. You who can see the possibilities where others can’t. You who can create an overview and maintain the focus even in busy times.

You have minimum 3 -5 years of experience from consultancy and you are curious by nature and can challenge the current state in a value adding manner. You have excellent planning skills, can optimize, develop and design solutions

• You possess an analytical mind-set being able to break down complex problems and finding the right solutions
• You are an expert in Power Point, Visio, Excel and other usable presenting tools
• You have great experience in cooperating across different departments, stakeholders and business partners
• You are able to facilitate very complex material in an easy, understandable way and can show great leadership skills.
• You hold excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Danish and English

We expect of you that you are an expert in analysis, designing and implementing solutions, that you manage to take the first step, are structured, and can make the right decisions.
