Senior Consultant for Technology & Services Group Office

We are looking for a future colleague to assists us in driving the strategic implementation of our Forward ’28 strategy across Technology & Services while providing executive support to our Group Chief Operating Officer (Head of Technology & Services) and the Technology & Services leadership team. You will be working closely with colleagues who are advising and supporting at an executive level.
You will be located in the new Danske Bank Domicile in central Copenhagen, Denmark.
As a Senior/Chief Consultant your primary responsibilities will be:
- Ensure that the organisation is delivering on executive deliverables and key strategic priorities
- Lead the creation, planning and execution of strategy change, engagement and implementation activities towards the Technology & Services employees and leaders
- Structure, coordinate and develop events, deliveries and assignments to e.g., the Technology & Services leadership team, the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors
- Partner with colleagues across Technology & Services and rest of the Group to ensure execution of deliverables
Not two days will be the same and therefore your primary responsibilities will evolve with the diverse environment you will be working in.
What we imagine about you
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, is proactive, consistent and effective. You will be working in a highly detail-oriented and content-focused environment, with the goal to deliver on both short- and long-term assignments simultaneously to successfully implement our Forward ’28 strategy.
To be qualified in this position, you should have 3-7 years experience from a mix between project management, strategy or IT and you have relevant experience as a senior or chief consultant, business analyst or similar roles. You most likely have an academic degree in finance, business administration, IT or similar.
- You have high interpersonal skills with great communication and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of comfort with business, technical and executive audiences.
- You are team oriented by heart, who brings a positive energy to the team. You have the ability to energise and motivate others, creating a diverse and collaborative work environment
- You possess a strong analytical and methodological toolbox with the ability to establish structure and communicate complex matters and not afraid to prepare to do good work to deep-dive into topics as needed.
- You preferably have experience working with change management and implementation of either strategies, programmes or larger projects
