The position

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that technical requirements and specifications for connecting approved and standardized security equipment are effectively managed. Your main tasks will include:

  • Advising building owners on Global Security requirements
  • Owning requirements for technical security equipment
  • Gate-keeping professional operationalization
  • Ensuring a standardized step-by-step process flow is followed to ensure the successful operationalization of new security equipment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • An academic degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the management of security equipment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured and skilled in navigating high complexity projects
  • Ability to motivate oneself in situations where there is organizational resistance
  • Analytical and capable of turning complex information into simple and engaging presentations
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Danish

At a personal level, you exhibit a collaborative spirit and possess a service-oriented mindset, along with adept stakeholder management abilities. Your proficiency in planning and familiarity with structured approaches, coupled with an agile mindset, are notable attributes. Demonstrating a robust sense of accountability, you take full ownership of your tasks and prioritize performance and ongoing enhancements. Your ability to thrive in roles requiring independent decision-making and process enhancement is crucial.

About the department

You will be part of the ‘Access Control & Advisory’ team, which consists of 11 dedicated and diverse employees. The main responsibility of the department is advisory regarding technical requirements and specifications for connecting approved and standardized security equipment, repair and maintenance of security equipment, production of ID cards, and other types of access cards.
