The Position

As an Associate Manager you will be a part of Operational Support team. The team has great energy, and we work in a fast-paced environment. We succeed together. Every day we work to release aseptic products and support our operators on the line. An important requirement for releasing products is that the documentation is in order.

The main tasks will be to:

  • Lead and develop your team.

  • Take responsibility for your processes and always seek ways to improve them.

  • Support your team in making the right decisions.

Through your work, you will have a close collaboration with the operational teams, QA, and a wide range of stakeholders. You will collaborate across different teams, which provides ample opportunity to build a broad network within the organization.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An academic degree in the natural sciences, engineering or similar (candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are also welcome to apply).

  • GMP experience is an advantage, and so is knowledge of aseptic production.

  • Leadership experience

  • Communication skills and experience in contact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Fluency in Danish and English.

You are self-driven, proactive, curious, detail-oriented, thrive when given responsibility, and good at keeping the overview. You are a problem solver and have an eye for quality in task execution, and you thrive in a work environment that involves a high degree of daily variation. About the Department

You will become part of Injectable Finished Products (IFP), more specifically the AP Filling and Inspection department, located in Hillerød. The department is responsible for the aseptic filling process, as well as product inspection.
