Project Quality Professional with Expertise in Finished Product

The position
The Project Quality Professional will be responsible for:

  • Implementation of project quality processes in all aspects for the Fill & Finish Expansions Project.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate project quality strategy.
  • Develop validation planning documents in close collaboration with a group of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communication with local FP counterparts around the world and device manufacturing development (DMD).

The position is based in Denmark and will involve seamless integration with document management organizations across our site projects in France, Brazil, China, and the US.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should:

  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of Finished Product (FP) and are well-equipped to take the lead.
  • Have a relevant academic education, such as production, chemical or process engineering, pharmacy, biology, microbiology, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with medical devices in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the FP area on a level where you can inform strategy within the area.
  • Have validation experience.

The ideal candidate for this role should be able to communicate clearly and distinctly in English, both in written and spoken form. They should be known for their excellent collaboration skills and have a purposeful, determined approach to taking the lead on tasks. Additionally, the ideal candidate should enjoy new challenges and be eager to learn new things.

About the department
The Validation Standards department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for ensuring the quality of the final product during the manufacturing process. They develop and implement quality control plans and work closely with other departments to maintain quality standards. The department is staffed with highly qualified professionals who continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures worldwide.
