We are now hiring senior project leads, and process specialists within the following disciplines: Fermentation, Recovery, Purification, Freeze- and Spray-drying, Facility design and construction, Utility design and construction, Automation/IT design and construction as well as experienced profiles within industry 4.0 technologies and Health & Safety. We expect to post jobs continuously. The activities will be carried out at our site in Kalundborg, home of Novo Nordisk API manufacturing.

About the position: Logistics Professional
As Logistics Professional, you will support the design of the different logistics inside our new factories. Starting at the design phase, where we will need your input and your experience in providing the best input to the team of designers of the building.


We work in a big project, so we need your best cross-functional skills to interact with the different stakeholders from different functions like IT, Automation, Robotics, Processes and Raw Material Professionals. You also need to have continuous coordination with your other colleagues in the logistics team that will be working in similar topics in the same project. It is key to have a high focus on collaboration, standardisation and quality.


Together with a network of project managers, suppliers, and process teams you will ensure that our solution will be as simple and efficient as possible, with respect for our highly requirement for quality, safety and well aligned with production processes.


You will be a trusted advisor to the project teams. Logistics includes storing items, goods received, temporary staging and transportation of goods inside the factories and warehouse areas.


About you
To be considered for this position, you should:
• Have experience mapping logistics processes.
• Comfortable documenting processes and system changes.
• Experience from testing systems, identifying and resolving issues.
• Enjoy collaborating cross-functional and within matrix organisation.
• Experience in SAP EWM system configuration is an advantage.
• Experience with Master Data structure and/or creation of Logistics Master Data.
• General knowledge in SAP system and business processes is prefered
• Have an analytical and structured approach to working independently, while proactively taking initiative and demonstrating responsibility.
• Great communication skills, along with the ability to facilitate workshops, etc.
• Experience with a rollout of a warehouse management system will be ideal.
• Master English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Detail oriented.
