EverLine Coatings & Services is seeking qualified individuals to work at its Qaqortoq, Airport Construction Site in Greenland.

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals who possess the technical skills required to contribute to a team of Pavement Maintenance Technicians.

Role: Pavement Maintenance Technician Location: Qaqortoq, Greenland

Position requires knowledge and experience working on line painting equipment on remote and fast paced work sites. The successful candidates will work in the field and be responsible to support the company's safety, quality and environmental programs, in the execution of the work. Duties include:

  • Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to use line painting equipment
  • Diagnose faults and malfunctions
  • Daily inspections on equipment
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services
  • Work safely and efficiently managing equipment downtime
  • Safely travelling and setting up at work location
  • Adhere to all workplace safety policies, regulations and compliance legislation
  • Possess a good work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment


The Ideal Applicant for this position will possess the following:

Required Education and Experience
  • Experience working with line painting equipment
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
  • You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail
  • Experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
  • Able to make good decisions while working in a fast-paced environment near equipment and people


Safety Requirements
  • First Aid training would be an asset

  • Remote Work in Northern Climates
  • Working outside
  • Local accommodations provided, with camp construction pending
  • This position will be required to be on an extended work schedule, with longer hours and weekend work necessary to progress the project in a short construction season
