We are growing rapidly, and we need a new colleague to help us deliver outstanding service to our consultants as they navigate the contractor lifecycle and professional client management to our customers and agencies.

Since 1999, we have assisted international companies from all over the world do business in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and most recently the US. We assist our customers with the posting of foreign specialists, temporary employment in Denmark, and payroll administration. Our services are based on our expertise and knowledge of national and international regulations as well as solid long-term relationships with our Danish and foreign partners.

The Employment team consists of a diverse group of professionals, who strive to deliver the best possible service to all our clients. We are organized into smaller groups according to industries. The new position refers together with the rest of the department to the Head of Employment DK.

The job:

In your initial position as Onboarding Coordinator, we will make sure you are introduced to the fundamental tasks of the Employment Denmark team. After six to 12 months, your training will lead to a position as Employment Specialist, where you will act as the primary contact person for your own portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring the onboarding and continued welfare of our contractors, as well as advising on processes and local legislation to our partners. You will be working closely with other team members to ensure that tax registration, work permits, payroll, etc. is managed on behalf of the consultant to allow them to focus on their assignment. The majority of the correspondence is in English.

Your tasks will be:

  • Drafting standard contracts and extensions
  • Communicating with contractors and business partners (email, phone calls, Teams and physical meetings)
  • Answering new inquiries and creating preliminary payroll projections and agreements
  • Preparing and sending out payroll and invoices
  • Updating CRM system/contractor portal
  • Incoming phone calls and general team support

Your profile

Your educational background can be in different fields. However, in the position we expect that you

  • like international phone/online contact with global customers and partners
  • have a sense of individual client management
  • have a flair for numbers, details, organization, and administrative tasks
  • are service-minded and proactive
  • are articulate in both written and spoken English and Danish
  • have completed a degree equivalent to a bachelor’s degree

We prefer if you have experience from a similar position, such as taxation services, global mobility, the financial sector, or the consulting industry, where you regularly interacted with Danish and/or international customers. You may not have all the skills required, but we make sure that you are properly trained and onboarded in the organization.

Salary by agreement, pension and health insurance included.
