
Marketing Campaign Manager, Europe

At Struers, we are strengthening our European campaign execution and are now looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager, Europe, to join our Marketing & Digital Communication team.
In this role, you will activate global campaigns across Europe while driving high‑quality local execution. You will work closely with Global MarCom, Local MarCom, European Market Managers, and Sales to ensure campaigns land effectively in market and support commercial growth.
You will be one of two Marketing Campaign Managers covering Europe, working side by side with a strong peer. Together, you will share ownership across campaigns and initiatives, ensuring consistent coverage, prioritization, and execution across the region. This setup enables close sparring, continuity, and flexibility, so focus is always placed where it creates the greatest impact.
As Marketing Campaign Manager, Europe, you will:
- Activate global campaigns locally across European markets, ensuring strong execution, relevance, and impact in local channels
- Plan and execute market‑specific MarCom initiatives, including events, local campaigns, case studies, collateral, demos, giveaways, and industry focused activities
- Build, maintain, and manage the European campaign calendar together with your sparring partner, aligning priorities, timing, and resources with Global MarCom, Local MarCom, and European Market Managers
- Own content localization, adapting global assets for language and relevance and developing local content where gaps exist
- Lead local events and experiences, covering pre‑event promotion, on‑site activation, and post‑event follow‑up and nurturing
- Enable Sales together with European Market Managers and Sales Excellence by providing localized assets, talk tracks, and campaign support
- Ensure correct use of audiences and data, applying agreed segmentation, consent, and campaign naming standards
- Package and maintain market playbooks, including briefs, assets, copy, visual banks, and localization guidance to support consistent local execution
- Track campaign performance and optimize tactics across digital marketing, social media, events, and follow‑up activities
- Ensure brand consistency across all local touchpoints and channels in line with global guidelines
- Coordinate and manage local agencies and partners against briefs, budgets, and KPIs
What you bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with hands‑on campaign execution across multiple channels and countries
- Strong experience working with global playbooks and regional stakeholders, including localization and adaptation
- Solid understanding of event management, collateral development, localization workflows, social media execution, marketing automation and CRM
- Strong project management and stakeholder skills, particularly in collaboration with Sales and Product Management
- Fluency in English. Native-level French strongly preferred. Spanish or Italian are strong pluses
- Based in or willing to work from Ballerup/Copenhagen, with willingness to travel across Europe
Nice to have:
- Experience from an industrial or technical B2B environment
- Event leadership or field marketing experience
- Exposure to ABM and working knowledge of local SEO and SEM
