
Senior Customer Success Manager

Key responsibilities
This is a full-time role for a Senior Customer Success Manager located in Copenhagen. The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Lead and execute implementation and rollout projects, with a strong focus on platform configuration and solution setup within SameSystem
- Translate customer requirements into effective system configurations, ensuring alignment with operational workflows and best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor on how to best structure and configure the platform to support client operations and business goals
- Own configuration quality across accounts, including setup validation, troubleshooting, and iterative improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support to resolve issues, share insights, and improve the overall customer experience
- Support pre-sales activities when relevant, providing configuration expertise and solution input
- Contribute to churn prevention and expansion by ensuring clients achieve tangible value through correct and optimized platform usage
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or similar roles with a strong focus on SaaS configuration and platform enablement
- Proven ability to translate business needs into practical system setups and workflows
- Strong project management skills, with experience driving structured implementations and managing multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ownership of configuration quality and data integrity
- Ability to balance account management, configuration work, and project delivery
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide both operational and managerial stakeholders
- Experience working with SaaS platforms; familiarity with workforce management or retail operations is a plus
- Fluency in Danish and English; additional European languages are a plus
