Are you a structured production / operations person with technical understanding and a flair for IT? Would you like to help ensure an efficient production flow in a dynamic international company?

We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team in Søborg, who can take responsibility for daily production activities. As part of the Operations department, you will play a key role in connecting sales, development, and production to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality.

Your primary responsibilities:

Planning: Preparation and maintenance of production plans based on incoming orders.
Subcontractor managing the orders and the deliveries of a number of sub-contractors
Capacity Management: Coordination of in-house manpower resources as well as external subcontractors.
Inventory Management: Ensuring optimal stock levels of components in collaboration with procurement and subcontractors.
IT Optimization: Maintaining data in our ERP system and contributing to the modernization of planning processes.
Follow-up: Close dialogue with management and the finance department to ensure timelines are met.

We expect that you:

Have 3 – 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably from an electronics manufacturing company or a similar production environment.
Have a relevant technical background (understanding of electronics from a production engineering perspective).
Have experience using ERP systems (e.g., NAV, SAP, or Business Central) and strong Excel skills.
Thrive in a busy workday involving contact with many stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Are fluent in Danish and have good English skills.
