How about being the first point of contact for +140 wonderful people across offices in Denmark, the UK, and Germany whenever they run into IT issues?

Then we have just the job for you. We’re looking for someone who loves solving IT problems ranging from hardware to software to SaaS related issues. You go beyond the classic “Have you tried… restarting it?”. Even though it works 9/10 times. But at OOONO, IT Support is more than restarting and fixing laptops: It’s tightly connected to security, identity, and operational stability. The work you do directly impacts how securely and efficiently the company runs. We may be a tech company, but most outside of the IT department aren’t exactly IT experts (even though some claim to be). So your help will go a long way.

Our setup is ~99% cloud-based and already well established. This role is not about rebuilding everything from scratch. It’s about strengthening structure, governance, and operational maturity across endpoints, identity, and SaaS, and making sure things simply work.

You’ll work closely with our Head of IT, Network & Security Engineer, Cloud Application Specialist, and another IT Supporter.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as first point of contact for colleagues with hardware, software, and SaaSrelated issues
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
  • Troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices (roughly 50/50 split)
  • Support our core collaboration and productivity platforms
  • Drive smaller improvement initiatives that strengthen automation, governance, and security — for example refining SSO/SCIM integrations, improving access lifecycle management, and reducing SaaS sprawl

We imagine you’re someone who has

  • Comfortable supporting both Windows and macOS environments
  • Experienced with modern cloud-based productivity platforms
  • Hands-on with device management and identity platforms
  • Solid understanding of endpoint security, identity, and access control fundamentals
  • Structured in your approach — and you document what you do
