The Role

You’ll grow revenue and margin across one large industry account and a portfolio of smaller to mid-sized manufacturers, supported by best-in-class R&D. You’ll learn Solina’s consultative “recipe-to-commercial” approach alongside a high-performing Commercial Director and a Senior KAM.

You’ll do this by

  • Owning and growing a selected major industry account (under CCO/Senior KAM guidance).
  • Opening new accounts across small/mid-sized manufacturers; building a healthy opportunity pipeline.
  • Managing revenue, margin and contribution targets with forecast and reporting.
  • Leading product presentations, tastings and seminars, bringing our R&D strengths to the table.
  • Negotiating agreements, managing portfolio/pricing and executing smart go-to-market moves.
  • Tracking market trends, competitor actions and customer needs; translating insights into action.
  • Coordinating cross-functionally so projects land on time, in spec and with the right quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and company policies.

What You’ll Learn & The Exposure You Get

  • Mentorship & progression: Work closely directly with the CCO and Senior KAM; a clear path widening your KAM responsibility.
  • R&D-powered selling: Translate organoleptic/sensoric insights and applications into commercial wins.
  • Stakeholder management: Train with our CCO, Product Management, QA/QC, Supply Chain and Nordic colleagues—developing the confidence to operate with senior customer decision-makers.
  • Regional breadth: Project work and stakeholder exposure across Denmark, Norway and Iceland.

What You Bring

  • Education: BSc Food Science, Food Technologist or similar, and commercial courses.
  • Experience: Food manufacturing / Food B2B / Ingredients exposure.
  • Technical: Recipe/application understanding; strong sensorics/organoleptic intuition.
  • Languages: Danish (native-level), English (business), and maybe comfortable communicating in Nordic contexts.
  • Behaviour: Ambitious, result-oriented, curious, structured—hunter mindset with team spirit and easy going.

What Success Looks Like

  • Topline & margin: Deliver on revenue and gross margin targets for your account set.
  • New business: Open 2–4 new small/mid accounts with repeat order potential.
  • Project flow: Move selected customer projects through gate reviews with R&D to launch.
  • Stakeholder feedback: Positive wibes from key customers and internal R&D/Product peers.

Location & Travel

  • Within 1 hour of Stilling, Skanderborg.
  • 20–30 travel days/year (primarily Denmark + Nordic).
