Derfor søger vi nu Projektledere, der brænder for at skabe resultater gennem relationer, ansvar og handling.

Som Projektleder hos Mega Flex får du ansvaret for at drive og udvikle din egen kundeportefølje – og for at sikre, at vores medarbejdere og samarbejdspartnere lykkes sammen. Du bliver en nøgleperson i vores projektorganisation og får frihed til at forme din egen hverdag, med opbakning fra vores interne team, der hjælper dig med rekruttering, kvalitet og leverancer.

Du vil være synlig på byggepladser, hos kunder og i projektstyringen – og du trives med at tage initiativ og følge dine projekter helt til dørs. Du er både kundens og vores medarbejders nærmeste kontakt!

Dine primære opgaver

  • Udvikle og drive og projektaktiviteter inden for byggeri og anlæg
  • Skabe stærke samarbejdsrelationer med kunder, medarbejdere og kolleger
  • Deltage i opstart og opfølgning på byggepladser – sikre fremdrift og trivsel
  • Matche de rette faglærte profiler til opgaverne og sikre kvalitet i leverancen
  • Holde overblik over bemandingsbehov, tidsplaner og økonomi
  • Bidrage til strategisk udvikling og vækst i projektporteføljen

Din profil

  • Har solid erfaring fra byggebranchen – fx som projektleder, byggeleder, formand eller lignende. Erfaringen kan komme fra VVS, el, beton, anlæg, etc. det er ikke afgørende.
  • Trives med ansvar og tempo – og har en naturlig kommerciel tankegang
  • Er udadvendt, struktureret og god til at skabe tillid og samarbejde
  • Har flair for stakeholder management og kommunikation på alle niveauer
  • Taler flydende engelsk – og gerne et eller flere andre sprog (fx rumænsk, polsk, spansk, portugisisk, fransk)
  • Har minimum 5 års erfaring med projektledelse i byggeri, anlæg eller infrastruktur

About the job

At Mega Flex A/S, we work every day to ensure that our clients' projects in the construction and civil engineering industry are successful. We are a service company specializing in providing qualified personnel for both Danish and international projects – and we are continuing to grow. That is why we are now looking for Project Managers who are passionate about achieving results through relationships, responsibility and action.

As a Project Manager at Mega Flex, you will be responsible for driving and developing your own client portfolio – and for ensuring that our employees and partners succeed together. You will be a key person in our project organization and will have the freedom to shape your own working day, with support from our internal team, who will help you with recruitment, quality and deliveries.

You will be visible on construction sites, at clients' premises and in project management – and you thrive on taking initiative and seeing your projects through to completion. You will be the closest point of contact for both the client and our employees!

Your primary tasks

  • Develop and manage project activities within construction and civil engineering
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with clients, employees and colleagues
  • Participate in start-up and follow-up at construction sites – ensure progress and well-being
  • Matching the right skilled profiles to the tasks and ensuring quality in delivery
  • Maintaining an overview of staffing needs, schedules and finances
  • Contributing to strategic development and growth in the project portfolio

Your profile

  • You have solid experience in the construction industry – e.g. as a project manager, site manager, foreman or similar. The experience may be from plumbing, electrical, concrete, civil engineering, etc. It is not crucial.
  • You thrive on responsibility and pace – and have a natural commercial mindset.
  • Are outgoing, structured and good at building trust and cooperation
  • Have a flair for stakeholder management and communication at all levels
  • Speak fluent English – and preferably one or more other languages (e.g. Romanian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, French)
  • Have at least 5 years' experience in project management in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure
