Capra Robotics develops and delivers flexible mobile robot platforms that help companies automate transport, logistics and inspection.
We are scaling rapidly across Europe, the United States, and beyond and we are now looking for an experienced Head of Service & Support who will help ensure that our customers and partners have the best possible experience.
Your role
As Head of Service & Support, you are responsible for leading and further developing a department that creates value throughout the customer journey – from implementation to operation and maintenance.
You will be the link between customers, partners and the development team, playing a key role in making our robotic solutions a success in practice. You will report directly to the CTO and work closely with the development and operations teams.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and prioritize the daily work of the Service & Support team.
- Ensure fast, structured, and professional handling of customer inquiries.
- Ensure that customers, partners, and employees are trained and confident in using our robot platforms.
- Establish and maintain routines for service, maintenance, and repair.
- Contribute to the testing and validation of new hardware and software releases.
- Communicate customer feedback and insights to the development team to drive improvements.
- Collaborate across departments to continuously improve workflows and service quality.
Who are you?
We imagine that you:
- Have experience with service, support or operation of technical products – preferably within robotics, automation, or a related field.
- Have management experience and enjoy developing people and processes.
- Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Are structured, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Are fully proficient in English, both spoken and written.
It’s a plus if you:
- Have experience with ROS, robotics, or similar technologies.
- Are tech-savvy and enjoy learning and solving problems.
