About the role

As our Head of Commercial you will play a key role you will oversee all commercial activities, ensuring our brand presence, revenue streams, and guest experiences remain exceptional. With a strong focus on digitalization, process improvement, and data-driven performance, you will set the structures and strategies that elevate both the team and the business.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the hotel’s commercial strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Align all sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives with the hotel’s positioning and goals.
• Drive digital transformation and a KPI-driven performance culture.

Sales & Reservations

• Lead and motivate the sales team across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
• Build lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
• Oversee reservations to ensure smooth processes and effective upselling.

Revenue Management & E-commerce

• Define pricing, distribution, and channel strategies in collaboration with Revenue Management.
• Enhance online performance and direct bookings through data-driven e-commerce initiatives.
• Use analytics to forecast demand and adjust tactics accordingly.

Marketing & Digitalization

• Elevate brand visibility across all digital and traditional channels.
• Lead CRM, marketing automation, and performance tracking to strengthen engagement and ROI.
• Ensure consistent, creative, and impactful brand communication.

Team Leadership & Operations

• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams with a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Continuously optimize systems, tools, and processes for efficiency.
• Champion operational excellence, sustainability, and the hotel’s reputation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven background in a senior commercial leadership role within luxury or upscale hospitality
• Comprehensive understanding of sales, marketing, revenue management, and reservations with a strong focus on digital channels and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and implementing KPI-driven strategies.
• Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities, with a passion for coaching and inspiring others.
• Strategic and analytical mindset combined with strong business acumen and hands-on execution.
• Collaborative, communicative, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible, adaptable, and motivated by achieving excellence together as a team.
• Fluent in English and Danish; additional languages are an advantage.
