As part of this exciting transformation, the role of our Nordic Finance team is composed of 8 finance professionals. To strengthen this great team and support Nordic scope, we are currently recruiting a Head of Finance Nordics, based in Brøndby (Copenhagen), Denmark or Stockholm, Sweden.

Your Mission: You will report to the Managing Director of Interflora Nordics with a dual reporting to the My Flower Group CFO. Interflora is seeking a strategic and hands-on finance leader to head our Nordic finance operations. Based in Brøndby (Copenhagen) or Stockholm, you will lead a regional team and play a key role in driving financial performance, reporting, and transformation across the Nordics. With a team in two places, we see that traveling to Stockholm/Copenhagen will be needed every other week, to secure the business and that our ERP migration is a success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality and actionable financial information to support the company’s growth ambition
• Drive ERP migration in Sweden and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Oversee accounting, controlling, and cash management
• Manage closings and present financials to group management
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in international settings
• Strong leadership skills with 3+ years of team management
• Successful track record in ERP implementation/migration
• Fluent in English and Danish and/or Swedish
• Analytical, structured, and collaborative mindset

Preferred Experience

• Finance experience from both Sweden and Denmark
• PE-backed companies
• Transaction-heavy or low-margin businesses
• Fast-growing B2C environments with digital sales

Beyond that, we are looking for someone committed, with an agile mindset, who wants to be part of our transformation project.

The position is based in either Alvik (Stockholm), Sweden or Brøndby (Copenhagen), Denmark.
