Regional Sales Manager in the furniture industry

We are looking for an individual with a passion for sales, and an energetic and welcoming personality. You have experience from the furniture industry, know how to drive sales through long sales cycles and enjoy building long lasting relationships.

DAN-FORM in short

DAN-FORM is a furniture design company supplying Scandinavian design of high quality to a worldwide audience. Our furniture is designed by inhouse and external design partners. Our customer base is spread out across more than 60 countries. We are looking to further expand on sales to new and existing B2B customers (typically retail chains and individual stores plus the contract market).

Your role as Regional Sales Manager

Your daily work will be spent in contact with customers and potential customers.

  • You will be responsible for growing sales and building a pipeline with existing customers, ranging from larger chains to smaller businesses.
  • You will hunt for new business, using your network to identify and attract new customers, as well as creating new ways to do so.
  • You will be responsible for the local sales teams in your region, motivating and coaching them and reviewing their performance.
  • You will, together with upper management, set and be responsible for sales budgets and participate in strategy meetings.

We are open to learn which regions in Europe you have experience with, and assign responsibilities according to this – of course in alignment with the expertise of the rest of our Regional Sales Managers.

Fluency in English is a prerequisite, and if you speak French or Spanish, this will be a clear advantage.

Your base will be from our HQ in Hørsholm.

You master the balance between proactive hunting and relationship maintenance and know when your efforts are needed.
