About the role:

The Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Danish sales function. You will be the central point of contact for sales-related administrative tasks, providing exceptional support to both our customers and the Sales Team. You will be analysing data, streamlining processes, and helping the sales team perform at their best.

Your work will directly impact our customer experience and overall business performance, ensuring that we deliver on our promise of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse, and provide data for sell-out statistics
  • Update master data with prices, products, assortments, and campaigns
  • Handle telephone and written inquiries from customers and the sales team
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of price structures and product assortments
  • Create and organize product and logistics information
  • Maintain and develop back-office systems
  • Administer and update customer contracts as needed
  • Prepare presentations for sales, logistics, and forecast data
  • Coordinate daily back-office sales and customer tasks
  • Support external Sales Representatives with enquiries
  • Assist with direct sales
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks, including sales reporting and preparing presentations for customer meetings

About You

Experience:

  • Experience in a similar sales support role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • IT minded with experience using Navision/SAP and strong Excel skills
  • Background in sales back-office and preferably direct sales

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused with a service-oriented approach
  • Collaborative and comfortable working in an international environment
  • Passionate about barbecuing and promoting the Weber lifestyle
