Team Lead – Microsoft Fabric / Power BI
Location Odense (with the flexibility for occasional work-from-home days)
About the role
The qualified individual will be responsible for managing a team of Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI developers, designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing the multi-tenant enterprise business analytical suite.
This individual will be a strategic and technical lead in defining data models, building robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensuring the availability of high-quality data across multiple enterprises.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and deliver trusted data assets that power decision-making across all levels of the organization.
This is a full-time position based primarily onsite in Odense, Denmark, with the flexibility for occasional work-from-home days.
What we are looking for
- Must-have: Solid experience with CI/CD and multi-tenant environments in Microsoft Fabric
- Experience with Medalion Architecture and Incremental Updates in Microsoft Fabric
- Experience in data warehousing, data architecture, or a related field
- Experience developing and maintaining logical and physical data model
- Experience designing and/or implementing ETL/ELT processes and data integration strategies
- Strong understanding of data governance, MDM, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and knowledge-sharing within cross-functional teams
