The Role
As part of the European sales team, you’ll report to the Head of Sales, Europe.
Your mission: Drive adoption of UV Medico’s Far UV-C solutions across pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, and life sciences. You will own key accounts, develop long-term partnerships, and deliver measurable business growth in this fast-evolving vertical.
What You’ll Do
- Lead sales of Far-UVC solutions to pharma, biotech, and cleanroom clients.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the controlled-environment segments across Europe.
- Build relationships with facility engineers, QA/QC teams, procurement, validation, and EHS managers.
- Partner with cleanroom integrators, OEMs, and engineering firms to ensure specification and compliance.
- Navigate GMP, ISO 14644, and Annex 1 standards confidently.
- Tailor messaging, case studies, and positioning with marketing and product teams.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across multiple countries.
- Provide market insight to guide our pharma and life-science roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success selling into pharma, biotech, or cleanroom environments.
- Strong technical and commercial grasp of GMP operations and contamination control.
- Experience working with engineering consultants, validation experts, and end users in regulated industries.
- Cross-market experience across European regions.
- A hunter mindset: proactive, resilient, relationship-driven.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
- High energy, commercially sharp, and ready to travel.
