Sales Coordinator with Swedish customer service experience

Are you passionate about providing professional customer service and excellent customer experience?

We are growing fast in TTI, and we are therefore looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator with experience in Customer Service for the Swedish market to our Nordic headquarter in Copenhagen as soon as possible. You will become part of a strong customer service team of 14 dedicated individuals, whose primary task is to provide professional consultancy to our customers and sales support to our account managers.

The role and the Customer Service Team

As our Sales Coordinator, you'll become an invaluable part of our team, where each day brings new challenges that you handle with ease and professionalism. We emphasize close collaboration across departments, where we share knowledge and lift each other up. We'll train you to become a specialist who master’s all the "hacks" and tools, so you can offer quick and sophisticated solutions to our customers. With our strong support and your growing expertise, you'll become a key resource who consistently delivers top-notch customer experience.

More specifically:

High quality customer Service

You handle incoming inquiries by phone and mail in Swedish and English. In addition, you support our customers processing their orders in our order system and Salesforce. Your focus is to find the best solution together with our customers and ensure they meet dedicated professionalism when contacting us.

Collaboration across the organisation

In your daily work, you'll be in contact with our account managers, assisting them in driving sales. Additionally, you'll collaborate with our talented and ambitious sales team during product campaigns and conferences.

The job is a full-time job and working hours are Monday-Thursday from 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday from 08:00 – 15:30. The phones are open between 08:00 – 15:00.

Who are you?

  • Swedish-speaking or someone with experience in customer service for Swedish customers.
  • If you also understand or speak Finnish, that’s a big plus—but not a requirement for the position.
  • Have experience from a similar position.
  • You should love talking on the phone with customers, take ownership, and feel comfortable making decisions on your own - and you should thrive in a team where we collectively contribute to achieving results and goals.
  • It is important that you are proactive, enterprising and flexible.
  • You love to learn new stuff and are passionate about getting to know and understand our products.
  • Someone who never says no and always steps up when an extra hand is needed.
  • Possess a flexible and positive mindset when working with customers and colleagues and being solution oriented and service-minded is part of your DNA.
  • Thrive in a high pace environment.
