Marketing assistant - temporary position

Join Our Team

You’ll be part of a dynamic marketing team of five, united by a passion for food. Our team collaborates closely with chefs and wholesalers across Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Germany, bringing creativity and strategy together to make a real impact in the food industry. You will be based in Rønnede.

This is a 30-hour per week position based at our Rønnede office. The position is temporary until August 31 2026 with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesaler Campaigns

  • Manage and coordinate wholesaler marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee development and delivery of campaign materials.
  • Monitoring wholesalers

Product Data Management

  • Drive product data support to ensure timely and accurate data delivery to wholesalers and customers.
  • Provide support in product data management processes and maintenance tasks.
  • Ongoing review of marketing content on GS1

Marketing Material

  • Assist in the creative development and production of print communication materials.
  • Lead selected marketing projects from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate and manage advertising material for magazines.
  • Organize marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and other promotional assets.

General Marketing Support

  • Coordinate and manage orders for giveaways, POS materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Manage Photo platform - Dropbox

Your skills and qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other relevant education.
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing or similar roles is preferred.
  • English – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • German speaken is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in planning, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
  • Skilled at developing and following structured processes.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain focus under pressure.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.

About us OSCAR factory is located in Rønnede, South Zealand, Denmark and our affiliate company Puljonki Oy has production in Juuka, Finland. We employ 140 people where 80 of us are located in Rønnede where the Marketing Assistant will be located. As a supplier to the food industry, OSCAR Nordic caters to canteen kitchens, catering establishments, restaurants, hotels and cafés.
