Country Manager – Dive Denmark

Dive Group is looking for a Country Manager to lead our Danish operations from our Aarhus office.
As part of Dive Group’s Operational Executive Team, you’ll take full responsibility for driving growth, profitability, and team performance in Denmark. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategic thinking meets execution.
What you’ll do
- Lead and develop the Danish business in line with Dive Group’s strategy
- Lead and execute sales, operations, and customer relationships
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
- Inspire and coach a talented local team of four professionals
- Ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence in everyday operations
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales
- Experience in leading a team
- Proven track record in driving growth and managing P&L
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Danish and English
