Job Description

Micro Matic is seeking a visionary and results-driven Group Marketing Manager, a key role to lead communication activities, coordinate global and local initiatives, and ensure consistency with the brands identities. This role collaborates closely with Product Management and Sales teams to develop integrated campaigns, drive brand evolution, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and markets

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement global and local marketing and communicationstrategies.
    • Lead cross-functional project management for omnichannel campaigns (online/offline).
    • Support the definition and evolution of brand identity and positioning.
  • Coordination & Collaboration
    • Coordinate communication and promotional activities at both global and local levels.
    • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure marketing strategies align with product development, launches, and lifecycle management.
    • Work closely with Sales teams to support product placement, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement initiatives.
    • Facilitate alignment between marketing, product, and sales teams to maximize market impact and customer value.
    • Manage and monitor KPIs and marketing performance metrics.
  • Campaign Management
    • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging automation tools and CRM systems.
    • Oversee the creation of promotional materials and support content development for events, trade shows, and internal promotions.
  • Brand & Communication
    • Ensure consistency of brand identity elements across all channels and markets (involving all group brands).
  • Support the creation and implementation of editorial guidelines and visual standards.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing and communication strategy, preferably in international B2B environments.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional team coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Product Management and Sales for product launches and market positioning.
  • Experience with omnichannel campaigns (online/offline).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree or certifications in Digital Marketing or Brand Management (preferred).
  • 5+ years in similar roles, with experience managing global/local campaigns and working with external agencies.

Personal Attributes

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible and engaging content.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience in B2B or industrial sectors is a plus.
