
Marketing Coordinator (Digital Focus)

We are a small, globally oriented B2B company looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator. We value initiative, a structured approach and a strong digital skillset. This is a role where you will get to use your diverse marketing skills and contribute significantly to our online presence.
The position:
You will play a key role in maintaining and developing our digital platforms and marketing activities.
Your tasks will include:
- Website and webshop management: Implementation, ongoing optimisation, updating, and maintenance of our website and webshops.
- SEO/GEO: Continuous work on improving our search engine rankings.
- Email marketing: Setting up and implementing email campaigns and newsletters.
- Paid advertising: Managing and optimising paid online campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Linkedin).
- Marketing material: Maintenance and updating of existing marketing and sales materials.
- Data analysis: Analysing marketing data and using insights for subsequent performance optimisation.
Potential additional tasks could include:
- Developing, executing, and evaluating new marketing activities.
- Graphic tasks (larger or smaller projects, depending on qualifications).
- Content creation for social media.
- Ad hoc tasks.
Your profile:
You should possess a relevant educational background in marketing or a related field. While relevant work experience is valuable, we prioritise your digital skills and enthusiasm over the number of years you have worked.
Since our B2B business area is specialised, we do not expect you to be an expert on day one. Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Professional skills:
- Strong competencies and understanding of digital marketing.
- Experience with website and webshop optimisation and maintenance.
- Experience with SEO/GEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertisement.
- Strong written communication skills with a creative focus on engaging target audiences.
- Experience with graphic tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and photo/video shooting and editing is a significant plus.
- Experience in developing various marketing materials.
Personal skills:
- You are comfortable with a diverse range of marketing tasks and ready to handle both hands-on execution and strategy.
- You work independently and are responsible for your tasks and deadlines.
- You are detail-oriented and structured in your work approach.
- You are excited to work in a small, globally oriented B2B company.
- Professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a requirement. Being comfortable in Danish is an advantage.
