Sales Manager – Hospitals (Europe)

The Role
You will form part of the European sales team and report to the Head of Sales for Europe. Your focus: drive adoption of UV Medico solutions in operating rooms, ICUs, and other critical hospital settings. You’ll take the lead on accounts, build partnerships, and deliver revenue growth across multiple countries.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales to hospitals, with initial focus on Europe.
- Build and own relationships with clinicians, procurement, and hospital management.
- Navigate tenders, purchasing groups, and reimbursement systems.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to adapt messaging to local needs.
- Identify, shape, and close opportunities in multiple countries.
- Provide structured feedback from customers to guide our pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in hospital sales.
- Experience across multiple European markets.
- Pharmaceutical and/or MedTech sales background a strong plus.
- Hunter mindset: proactive, resilient, and relationship driven.
- High energy, commercially sharp, and willing to travel.
